About

Dr. Alessandro Laghi trained as a medical doctor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, where he graduated cum laude and obtained his medical license. He went on to complete a specialization in Dermatology and Venereology, as well as a PhD in Innovative Technologies for Diseases of the Skeleton, Skin, and Oro-Craniofacial District at Sapienza University of Rome—both with top honors.

Throughout his career, Dr. Laghi has had the remarkable opportunity to work and engage with diverse social and cultural settings around the world, including Erbil and Atrush (Iraq), Herat (Afghanistan), Misurata (Libya), Mogadishu (Somalia), Portland (USA), and Monterrey (Mexico). In Rome, he worked at the Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital and at San Gallicano –IFO (Istituti Fisioterapici Ospedalieri).

He currently practices as a dermatologist and venereologist at the “Celio” Military Hospital in Rome, as well as in his private clinics. In recent years, his freelance work has focused primarily on aesthetic dermatology and non-invasive diagnostics in pediatric patients. He has also contributed to multiple studies, all published in international journals.

Dr. Laghi regularly attends scientific conferences in Italy and abroad, often as an invited speaker. He provides consultations in Italian, English, and Spanish.
